How to Synchronize the Attribute from Square  to Woocommerce with Variable Products :

Here we have some easy steps that will definitely help you to understand how to Synchronize the Global Attribute from Square to WooCommerce  with Variable Products

Step 1:Sign in to your Square Dashboard

Step 2: On your left side click on Items then select Create an item as shown below

Step 3:New window will pop up called Create Item.Fill the name of product,category,description and select location and click save. On your right click on Edit to Add image of product as shown below

Step 4:Setting up Price and Inventory, click on Add Variations as shown below

Step 5: After selecting Add Variations you can see ADD/REMOVE Variations write Variation Name with values(For example  color[red], size[small] for variable products),Price,SKU and you can add as many as colors and sizes you want then click DONE as shown below

Step 6: Now you can see variable product added as shown below,just click save button as shown below

Step 7: First click on Categories,write new category and select Create Category as shown below

click Assign Items then check on item,click on Move Items button

Step 8:Now on your left side click Woo Square and scroll down to Woo Square Settings,


  • Select Location of your Store
  • Turn ON Auto synchronize
  • Select Auto Sync each periodic like (1 hour,12 hour and 24 hour) that will update changes periodically as shown below   
  • Merging Option:This will allow you to choose the way you want your product sync e.g WooCommerce product will Override on square products and vice versa

Note: If you have more than 500 products then don’t choose Auto sync hourly


Step 9: Select Product on left side of your screen and see the product you added in square include variable product price,inventory,image and Attributes as well

Note: Make sure before you sync Global attribute from Square to WooCommerce , Add Global attribute in WooCommerce otherwise it will consider as custom attribute
