SUPPORT AND REFUND POLICY

WPEXPERTS BELIEVES IN HELPING ITS CLIENTS TO THE LATEST EXTENT AND HAS THEREFORE A CONSIDERATE SUPPORT & REFUND POLICY.

SERVICES REFUND POLICY

WPExperts undertakes all projects/services under the purview of Milestones that dictate the direction / road-map followed by the project.

All Web Design/ Development/ Applications are carried out and accepted upon a complete analysis and creation of a complete scope document.

Since WPExperts and the client realize that there is work involved in achieving every milestone of the project and completion of every module, a refund would not be possible for the work already completed.
Wpexpert makes sure that in case of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client has control of all the work done till that date and the money, if paid for further development, is returned.

WPExperts also respects a decision made by a client to works with a different provider within 48 hours of the project initiation. In such a scenario WPExperts would refund the amount for the project that has been paid till date.

We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. Therefore, if you come across an issue that cannot be resolved, or feel that any of our product is not working as expected, you can  contact us for a refund within 14 days after purchase . We’ll be happy to refund the entire amount.
  • We will process your refund as soon as possible. In some cases, we might even offer to resolve an issue for you.
  • No refunds will be processed after 14 days post-purchase. If you are not happy, apply for a refund within 14 days after purchase.
  • By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.
  • We reserve the rights to reject a refund request if deemed necessary.
  • You can submit a refund request by opening a support ticket.

WHY A REFUND MAY NOT BE GIVEN?

If the product’s functionality is working as per its description and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund from our end in situations like the following:

  • you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
  • the item did not meet your expectations;
  • you simply change your mind;
  • you bought an item by mistake;
  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • you ask for goodwill

Non-Refundable fees

When a charge is processed, we incur costs from the card networks (VISA and Mastercard) and from the payment partners we work with. Because these networks establish the rules and guidelines for refunded payments, very often they will keep the upfront cost of a refunded transaction. Therefore, these costs are not refunded to us when the charge is refunded.

The costs associated with processing credit/debit cards and refund payments are non-refundable.

By purchasing our product(s), you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.

WARRANTY

Our products are provided to you as-is, and without any warranty for its quality. We shall never be liable for any damage or flaw in the product.

SUPPORT POLICY

We, at WPExperts, stand by our products and believe that they are the best possible solutions we deliver. However, if you come across any issues or incompatibilities, you can open up a ticket at our support and allow us to help you resolve your issue. Dedicated support is promised to only those who possess an active license. Free copies and expired licenses are not liable for free support. You will have to purchase a licensed copy or renew an expired license in order to be able to get help from our developers.

REFUND POLICY FROM PAYPAL

From May 7, 2019. PayPal will no longer be returning fees for refunds you give to your buyers. Specifically, here is the update from PayPal:

“We’re changing how we treat refunds. If you refund (partially or fully) a transaction to a buyer or a donation to a donor, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid as the seller will not be returned to you.”

This will also affect lost PayPal disputes that end up with a refund – fees will not be returned.

  • Illegal File-sharing
  • Movie or Music Piracy

  • Scam / Phishing Websites
  • Selling the Copyright of Others – without permission
  • Unlicensed Online Pharmacies
  • Unlicensed Therapies
  • Any NSFW Content
  • Gambling

OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

Furthermore, we will not provide services and support for organizations which demonstrate or serve the following:
