WooSquare Plus v4.3 | Release Notes

We are excited to announce the release of WooSquare Plus v4.3, featuring support for new payment options and more.

Empowering your customers with multiple payment options at checkout can help your business grow tenfold. WooSquare Plus v4.3 now supports two of the market’s most requested payment gateway options.

Cash App

Cash App is a mobile payment service that allows users to transfer money to one another using a mobile phone app. WooSquare Plus gives you the power to connect your Cash App account to WooCommerce’s checkout system.

Customers who select Cash App as their payment option will be redirected to the Cash App Pay page that displays a QR Code. Customers will use the Cash App or their phone’s camera to scan the code and process their transactions. After completion, they will be shown a confirmation message with details of their order.

Afterpay

Afterpay is the world’s most famous and foremost “Buy Now, Pay Later” service that allows users to pay for their item over six weeks without paying any interest. Customers can sign up for a free AfterPay account, shop at select online retailers, and then use AfterPay to make purchases.

AfterPay is an easy, convenient payment method for online shoppers.

If you choose to add AfterPay as your payment method at checkout, you can accept Square payments and also sell your products to customers on a budget.

What else is new in WooSquare Plus v4.3?

Stock Sync to WooCommerce via Webhook

Stok Sync is a feature of Square that allows you to synchronize product stock automatically without manually synchronizing. Once the stock count is updated in your Square account, the feature will automatically update the stock count in your WooCommerce website’s inventory. Webhooks provide event notifications from the Connect V2 API, and notifications are typically sent within sixty seconds of the associated event, which in this case, is a stock update.
